- 01 I explain the PrestaShop architecture to developers: hooks, overrides, modules and the order processing flow.
- 02 I teach how to measure store performance and track down the causes of slowdowns.
- 03 I run workshops for business teams on the costs and consequences of technical changes.
- 04 I show how to compare contractors' quotes and what questions to ask before signing a contract.
- 05 I prepare the team to take over an existing project and continue working with its code.
- 06 I mentor developers starting out in e-commerce.
How the training works
A workshop lasts one or two days, remotely or at your premises. The group is up to eight people. I run the technical exercises on a test copy of the store. After the session I hand over notes and a repository with examples that participants can come back to while working.

Questions about working together
Is the workshop suitable for non-technical people?
Yes. For managers and marketing I prepare a programme focused on decisions and quotes. I explain what drives the effort and why a small change visible on the page may need several days of programming.
Do you also teach other platforms?
I run code and architecture training on PrestaShop, drawing on experience that goes beyond the documentation. Workshops on decisions and performance can cover other platforms.
