Scope of work
What I can take on
- 01 I analyse sales, processes, current systems and the team's capabilities, and point out technical constraints.
- 02 I compare PrestaShop, Sylius, WooCommerce, Magento and SaaS platforms against the company's requirements and budget.
- 03 I plan how the store will work with the ERP, warehouse, PIM and other sales channels.
- 04 I break the implementation into stages, defining their dependencies, estimated cost and risk.
- 05 I review contractors' quotes and help you compare the proposed scope of work.
- 06 I prepare a summary of options, figures and consequences that the board needs to make a decision.
When you need to choose a direction
Consulting is useful before a larger investment in the store, before launching online sales or when changing technology. I work with owners and managers planning spend in the tens or hundreds of thousands of PLN. I also help manufacturers and distributors decide how to start selling online and connect it with their existing business.
From requirements to a plan
First I learn about the catalogue, order handling, warehouse processes and growth plans. I check which systems need to exchange data. Then I prepare possible options with their costs and limitations. We go through them together so you can choose the technology and the way it is delivered.
The platform should follow from your needs
PrestaShop can be a good fit when you need control over your store and reasonable running costs. Non-standard B2B sales may justify Sylius, and a small catalogue WooCommerce or SaaS. I check these options against your company and recommend a solution regardless of who will implement it later.
What you pay for in consulting
You get an assessment of the options and the reasoning behind the recommendation. I take no commission from ERP vendors, module makers or platforms. If a ready-made store for 300 PLN a month meets your needs, I will include that option, even if it means giving up a larger implementation.

Questions about working together
What does the first consultation look like?
The call is free and usually takes about 30 minutes. You describe the situation and I check whether you need an analysis and a plan, or whether a small change in the store is enough.
Is consulting worth it for a small store?
The scope should match the scale of the business. With a turnover below a few hundred thousand PLN a year, a full audit may be too much. Often a single call where we set priorities is enough.
Do I have to hire you for the implementation afterwards?
No. I bill consulting as separate work. If I can carry out the recommended changes, I say so and point you to two other contractors you can compare my quote with.
How do you bill consultations?
A one-off diagnosis has a fixed price. For ongoing consulting we can agree a monthly block of hours. We choose the model to match how often and how much help you need.
