Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the personal data sent through the form is the owner of the eCommerce Expert website. You can send questions about your data to artur.stempien@gmail.com.
What data is collected and why
You voluntarily provide your name, email address and the content of your message, and optionally also your phone number and company name. This data is used to reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare an offer. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
How long it is kept
Correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to handle the enquiry and then for three years in case of claims. Data related to serving clients is kept for the period required by tax regulations.
Who may receive the data
Hosting and email providers may process the data to the extent needed for the technical operation of the website. This takes place under data processing agreements.
What rights you have
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, and request its erasure, restriction of processing or transfer. You can also object to the processing and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
