Scope of work
What I can take on
- 01 I measure server and database performance, looking for slow queries, missing indexes, N+1 problems and cache errors.
- 02 I check Core Web Vitals - LCP, INP and CLS - as well as images, CSS and how scripts are loaded.
- 03 I assess how modules affect the store and point out redundant or duplicated features.
- 04 I analyse technical SEO: indexing, duplicates, structured data, pagination and filters.
- 05 I walk through the purchase path and look for errors that make it hard to place or pay for an order.
- 06 I check software versions, permissions, known vulnerabilities and how backups are made.
A report you can start working from
I tie every recommendation to a measurement, a profiler trace or a piece of code. I set the order of fixes, the estimated time and the expected effect. You can hand the report to your team or an agency. I can also quote the implementation of the recommendations separately.
Check the store before a rebuild
An audit helps you judge whether you need a new build or a fix to the current system. A few days of analysis lets you compare both paths before a larger spend. Sometimes the most important problems can be removed within two weeks without rebuilding the whole store.
I look for causes in a live system
A module may write data every time a product page opens, and a filter may search the database without a proper index. I also come across duplicated libraries and a cache left in debug mode. I check how these elements affect one another, because a slowdown often comes from several overlapping problems.

Questions about working together
When will I get the audit results?
The standard scope usually takes 5 to 8 working days. An analysis limited to performance can be ready in three days. I set the deadline once I know the store and the scope.
Which platforms can you audit?
I audit PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Magento, Sylius and custom-built stores. I check performance, technical SEO, security and checkout. With PrestaShop I also draw on my knowledge of the engine's code.
What access will you need?
I need access to the code, a copy of the database, the logs and the admin panel. Read-only access is enough for the analysis. Making changes is agreed separately.
Can you help implement the recommendations if I don't have a developer?
I can carry out the fixes or help you choose a contractor and review their work. The report contains the context needed to implement it, so you can also hand the changes to an agency of your choice.
