Information on data processing
The controller of the data submitted in the form is eCommerce Expert. For matters relating to your data, you can write to artur.stempien@gmail.com.
The data is used to reply to your message and, where applicable, to agree the terms of cooperation. The legal basis for processing is the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and in matters relating to a contract Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
I keep the data for as long as the correspondence continues and for the limitation period of any claims. I share it only with email and hosting providers with whom I have data processing agreements.
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, request its erasure or restriction of processing, and to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Meetings and remote work
Day to day I work remotely with companies from all over Poland. I arrange on-site meetings in Olsztyn and the surrounding area.
